质检总局：潜水电泵质量国抽合格率89.8%
北京10月28日讯 国家质检总局日前公布了2015年第三季度潜水电泵质量国家监督抽查结果，合格率89.8%，共有6批次产品不合格，主要质量问题集中在电泵引出电缆、效率、规定点流量与扬程、规定点流量与扬程、定子温升限值和电机内腔水（气）压试验项目不合格。
中国经济网记者了解到，此次抽查了6个省（市）59家企业生产的59批次产品，抽查企业数约占全国内销企业数的6.0%，不合格产品检出率为10.2%，同比上次抽查上升了1.5个百分点。本次抽查重点检验了过载保护、接地措施、绝缘电阻、电泵引出电缆、定子绕组耐电压、效率、规定点流量与扬程、功率因数、定子温升限值、电机内腔水（气）压试验、安全标志等11个项目。
经检验，共有6批次产品不合格，主要质量问题集中在电泵引出电缆、效率、规定点流量与扬程、规定点流量与扬程、定子温升限值和电机内腔水（气）压试验项目不合格。本次抽查了集中产区江苏、浙江和河北，分别抽查了16批次、14批次和14批次产品，不合格产品检出率分别为12.5%、0和14.3%。本次抽查中，山西省晋中市的山西晋江水泵制造有限公司违法拒绝接受监督抽查。
